When you register as a vendor, you get a 10' x 10' space in the Vendor Hall of the Embassy Suites hotel. One opening reception (Thursday evening) and two lunches (Friday and Saturday) are included in your $150 vendor fee. Your business name will be listed, in plain type, on the Clay Conference web site and program.
Every vendor may bring one (sorry, only one per vendor) assistant for $75.
Your logo will be printed and displayed on the web site, attendee bag, T-shirt, and program for an additional $100.
If you cannot attend the conference or wish to have your promotional materials placed into conference bags, you may register as a Vendor Sponsor for $200. Mail us your materials, we'll do the work! Materials and "give aways" to be stuffed in attendee bags are due by February 1.
Vendor Registration is open until November 1, 2017,
or until we reach capacity, whichever comes first.
Vendor spaces are $150 each. Vendor and one assistant ($75) is $225. Vendor, Assistant and Logo is $325. Placement of materials in conference bags is an additional $50 for vendors attending the conference. If not attending, please sign up as a Vendor Sponsor.
Get your business's logo printed on the T-shirt, conference bag, ALCC web site, and program. Otherwise your business is listed in name only on the ALCC web site, conference bag, and program.
