All registrations pay for:
• Thursday and Friday evening receptions
• Friday and Saturday lunches
• Entry into vendor and clay market spaces at all times
• Entry into main demonstration area where two artists will be presenting
• Advance notice about additional workshop content and registration
• 20% discount coupon for in-resort dining

Additional workshops & events will be added in October, 2019

Special workshops fill up fast!
Some presentations will be free, and others will cost $25-$60.
You must be registered for the conference to purchase or attend any additional workshop.
When you register, your email address will be added to a notification list for advance information on workshops.
You will also receive an email prior to the opening of workshop registration.

Teachers and professors who need to pay by purchase order or check, please email to set up invoicing.

Refund Policy

In the unfortunate event that you must cancel your registration, refunds may be available, depending on timing:
• Before December 1, 2019 - all but $75
• Between December 2, 2019 and January 15, 2020 - all but $150
• January 16, 2020 or later - no refunds

Independent Students, not volunteering: $90

Independent Student Registration

This registration is for currently enrolled students registering independently from a group.
You will be asked for your student ID #, current school status, and the name of a school advisor.
This registration does not require volunteer hours.
You may qualify for a lower registration cost if you volunteer AND are registered through group registration by your professor. Please check before you choose!

Adult Volunteers: $55


Volunteer registration barely covers the cost that the ALCC pays for receptions and meals. This amount varies from conference to conference depending on location, sponsors and venue. This year’s food costs will be especially pricey for the ALCC because … well…it’s the BEACH and presented at a RESORT. To help participants with savings, we negotiated a GREAT hotel rate!

Student Volunteers Registering as a Group by a Professor: $45 each


Student Group registration fees do not even cover the ALCC’s cost for meals. The balance of these registrations is paid by the Georgine Clark Scholarship Fund, and we strongly encourage participants to donate works for our Silent Auction and the Cup Sale to help us cover these expenses. The ALCC believes that students are our future, and we strive to serve them the very best experiences.
